Course Pricing

  • Each course or session is priced individually and clearly displayed on the course or session information page.

  • Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

  • All prices include taxes, where applicable.

  • Payment is required in full at the time of enrolment to secure the session, access to course materials, or a seat at a live event.

Discounts & Promotions

  • From time to time, promotional discounts may be offered.

  • Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

  • Promotional pricing applies only within the specified dates.

Access Duration

  • Unless otherwise stated, courses include lifetime access to all purchased materials.

  • If a course includes live components (webinars, Q&A sessions, or workshops), dates and times will be clearly communicated in advance.

REFUNDS​
Digital Courses

Because digital educational content is accessible immediately upon purchase, refunds are generally not offered once access has been granted. However, I want students to feel supported and confident in their learning. Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • You accidentally purchased the wrong course and have not accessed any materials.

  • You experience a technical issue that prevents access and it cannot be resolved.

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Live Workshops / Webinars

Refunds for live events may be issued if:

  • Cancellation occurs at least 72 hours before the event.

  • The event is cancelled or rescheduled by the instructor.

Self‑Paced Courses

  • Self‑paced digital courses cannot be cancelled once access has been granted.

Live Sessions & Events

  • Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the session or event will receive a full refund or credit toward another event.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours are not eligible for a refund, but you may transfer your spot to another participant.

  • Course materials are for personal educational use only.

  • You may not share, distribute, reproduce, or resell any content without written permission.

  • Access may be revoked if misuse or copyright infringement is detected.

3. Behaviour & Welfare Disclaimer

  • All training and behaviour recommendations are grounded in evidence‑based, welfare‑centred principles.

  • Implementation of any training advice is at the owner’s discretion.

  • The instructor is not responsible for outcomes resulting from improper application of course material or information shared during live events.​
     

4. Payments

  • Online payments are processed securely through Paystack.

  • You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorise Paystack to process your payment.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Courses are educational in nature and do not replace professional consultation such as Equine Behaviourist, Veterinarian, Equine Osteopath, Chiropractor, Physio, Farrier, Dietician, etc, where required.

  • The instructor is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of course content or information shared during live events.
     

6. Modifications

  • Course content may be updated or improved over time.

  • Terms of Service may be revised; continued use of the site indicates acceptance of updated terms.
